Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Connect & Debit cards. If you are shopping from America or anywhere else overseas, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency on your statement Please note for your added security we do NOT store your credit card details.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery is costed depending on where you are situated in the world. Once you have decided on which products you would like to purchase our delivery calculator will give you the options, costs PLEASE REMEMBER that these times assume that the products you order are in stock.
Orders
All products are subject to availability as all skins are dyed in batches by hand so every batches color may vary slightly. Please note this may mean that the actual garment finished colors may vary from those shown in the garment photos.
If what is available at your time of order and the colors are what we deem to be considerably different from that is what is shown on the site or your or cannot be fulfilled due to be completely out of stock. You will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date. You may of course cancel your order at any time if you wish to do so. Also if you are not happy with the new color we have chosen, please inform us by email within 48hrs and we arrange collection. The garment must be returned in the same condition as you received it and has to be unworn and unmarked. Once we have received the garment back and checked we will give you a full refund immediately.
Returns Policy
Items marked full price can be returned within 14 days of receipt in its original "unworn condition" if you are unsatisfied and we will refund the product price. If the packaging has been damaged or discarded please just wrap them up securely and return them to us. The value of your goods will be refunded this will include your postage costs if within the UK. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Items marked as reduced or sale prices are non refundable.
